App compatibility: not physically tested. These notes describe manufacturer documentation. They do not verify playback, audio, camera movement or recording access in CameraViewer.

Replace both placeholders using camera settings; authenticate with the camera account.

Prepare the camera

  1. Read the configured RTSP port rather than assuming the web-login port.
  2. Choose videoSub or videoMain for video; the audio path carries no video.

Model and service limits

  • The FAQ describes port 88 for many cameras and port 554 exceptions including C1 and FI9816P. Confirm the hardware revision.
  • No physical camera has been tested in CameraViewer. Manufacturer documentation does not establish app compatibility.
