Documented address examples

Network-camera substream

rtsp://CAMERA_IP:554/sub

Replace the address and configured RTSP port; supply camera credentials.

Prepare the camera

  1. Read the RTSP port in the camera configuration.
  2. Choose main or sub for the stream; check the manual for any bundle-stream setting.

Model and service limits

  • The manual distinguishes RTSP port 554 from playback port 555. A live URL does not establish archive playback in CameraViewer.
  • No physical camera has been tested in CameraViewer. Manufacturer documentation does not establish app compatibility.

Your next step

Try the configured substream locally and record its codec and camera model.
