Choose around the installation

ANNKE C800 fits
A fixed outdoor view on a wired PoE run.
ANNKE C800 does not fit
A Wi-Fi installation or a purchase that assumes every C800 pack is the same variant.
Tapo C320WS fits
An outdoor fixed view where Wi-Fi or Ethernet data is available.
Tapo C320WS does not fit
A one-cable PoE installation without a separate power adapter.

ANNKE sells C800 in single and multi-camera packs and in bullet, turret and zoom forms. Match the exact form, lens and pack before ordering. A family name does not settle the supplied hardware.

The Ethernet port carries network data; the inspected power specification calls for a 9 V adapter. Run the power route as carefully as the network route, and check the revision on the supplied unit before using the current storage limit.

Check the exact hardware before buying

One exact US Amazon Bullet variant was qualified on 2026-10-28; turret and other C800 packs are not covered by that link. Manufacturer RTSP wording does not establish CameraViewer playback, audio or recording access.

The current US page identifies V2.20. Its storage capacity and feature set must not be transferred to an older revision. Outdoor camera protection does not establish that an exposed adapter or cable joint is weatherproof.

No physical camera has been tested in CameraViewer. A documented stream is a candidate for a test, not a promise of playback, controls or recording access.
